Ann fans are about to cook u. Zegras is too valuable to them to move unless there getting an elite package and his name is far to valuable compared to the player. he isnt an elite player but will require one to get him. not worth for ANN to move and not worth for almost any team to pay him.

Zeg is an elite Talent. Not an elite player. theres a massive difference. he CAN be elite. he has elite hands and has great offensive IQ. hes pretty bad in his own zone and not fit to be in the top6 on a winning team yet. with time yes he will become an elite player (probably) but his name is far more valueable then he as a hockeyplayer is. hes going to be great for Ann cuz his name and brand and hes ovb a team fav but almost every playoff team (outside of the caps) he either wouldnt be in the top6 or isnt consistent enough to play in the top6.

boston and edm are my 2 fav teams to support but im also just a hockey fan. i love the stars and the nucks and am huge fans of most the CBJ young kids. ur roster was awful last year. its been awful for a few years. zegras isnt an elite player. hes at best a 2nd liner on every playoff team (again outside of the caps) with all the top 4-6 teams him barley being a 3rd liner. hes an elite talent. not an elite player. the package every ann fan will want will be far more valueable then zegras as a hockey player. thats not a bad thing it just means hes going to be untradable for anyteam looking to improve.
