Seems pretty fair to me.

Mercer not a trade option. Been a number of people that have asked…been a hard “no” all around. He is loved by coaches, teammates, fans. Plays all positions, all situations, never takes shift off.

He may not be Jack, Nico, Bratt level…but darn close.

Literally have zero interest in Bahl. I can see him being valued, but I don’t think he’s capable of beating Parker Wotherspoon out and he should play consistent minutes for Jersey.

NJ should covet Mercer more though I am concerned that last year is more indicative of his talent than the previous year, I thought he was one of many Devils that underachieved though he was highly productive for his age two years ago.

I like keeping Trent. Solid third liner and a good tough guy.

The deals are pretty simple

2025 first and 2024 third for Ullmark

OR

2024 first for Ullmark and 2025 first

OR

NJ trades down and offers a 2024 first

I do think any combination has the potential to work.

Why do you want picks, We haven’t drafted well. Fredrick was a first rounder (now a 3rd liner). DeBrusk was 1st rd, he is 3rd liner as well.
We should get a sure thing for Ullmark, a player.
