Bean -> no, likely not qualified. He's either walking as a UFA, or having his rights traded for cheap. He's ok depth, but doesn't do anything exceptionally well, and there's better options on the way up.
Boqvist -> I think he's a great 7th D fit, but most CBJ fans disagree. I think he's fine defensively, just not physical, and his offensive upside makes him worth keeping around as Werenski/Severson/Jiricek injury insurance. Besides, coming off multiple seasons with multiple injuries and healthy scratches, I'd rather keep him until TDL to see if he can bump up his trade value, anyway. I doubt he's with the team beyond this year.
Johnson -> He's a core piece unless we move him for a legit young center upgrade (2C or better), as
@Friendly_Cannon said. The ceiling is too high for us to move him right now, and he's been fine.
Laine -> the hardest to tell. If he can stay healthy, he's actually a pretty well-rounded top-6 winger right now, and he's nearly ppg with Columbus. I don't think we'd win any Laine trade, he's definitely got the ability to make us regret trading him if we do, and quickly.
On values:
Bean (RFA rights) - 5th rounder or later
Boqvist - 2nd or 3rd, you'd pay for potential.
Johnson - depends on what young center you'd be sending us, we're not moving him for picks.
Laine - 1st + good prospect, otherwise we keep him and hope for a rebound ourselves.
