You've got several people in here telling you that this is a garbage trade, it seems more likely that you are overvaluing Sharangovich. Players that are worth 2+ firsts don't get traded very often, and when they do they aren't guys like him.

You’re really high on a guy who was Drafted 32nd Overall and only scored 9 Goals and 30 Points in 68 Games last season as a junior. It’s what Young 30+ Goal Scorers go for = Mid-1st + an okay Prospect, so I’m in the ballpark

Edstrom played the entire year in the SHL last year. His production was pretty good considering he’s a teenager playing in one of the best hockey leagues in the world.
