He's still a waste of dollars. Just the pick likely works. The Jets have plenty of 4th line and lower players.

Absolutely. CHI doesn't need Skinner or the cap space. What they need is high end assets. So, if CHI can sell their cap and roster space to add to the rebuild effort, I think KD would be ecstatic to add that pick to his arsenal of picks. Two years would certainly be preferable, but I don't think the third year on his contract should be a problem.
