I know it kills fans to acknowledge this but guys like Harris and Ferrell that have burned through their elc don’t have significant value to other teams. I mean I’m not an ANA fan and literally they have a version of Harris already in Helleson, they have guys like Zellweger that are more valuable to them. And it’s going to take more a lot more than the #9 pick to get a 23yr old 2 time 60 pt scorer.

He’s 23 and already had 2 60pt seasons. That’s facts. You thinking he is overrated is opinion. He at worst is instantly the 3rd best player for MTL and at best the best. If ANA were dumb enough to take that offer MTL would gladly take it.

Calgary does that if Lindstrom or Iginla is still available at 5th. There's probably another player or two they'd consider doing it for too. Otherwise they take Yakemchuk, another defenseman or maybe a center like Hage or Catton at 9th.
