I don't think its 100% he declines either, however he just joined an expensive golf club, bought a giant house and is setting up his life on Long Island. Maybe he waives and uses as a summer home since its in a solid area for that, but I feel like its unlikely. However, I agree its possible but truthfully I only see it if he approaches Lamoriello asking for it. Lou has never traded a player with a full NTC while trying to contend in his career.
