On the Elias Lindholm signing, he didn't turn down 8 x $9,000,000 from Calgary to take on far less from Boston. Reports are that he's not accepting anything less than 7 x $8,000,000 at minimal on the open market.

Ya that’s pretty simple. Sens simply decline and Ullmark simply refuse to waive his NTC for Ottawa. Simple.

So many ppl think Ullamark has a full no trade clause. He does not. As of July 1st he holds a 15 team list. That’s it. So if Ottawa isn’t on that list he has no say.

Nobody thinks that. Everyone is aware of what his NTC is, what they don’t seem to be aware of is who is on it and that he is not waiving for the teams that are on it.

The entire Pacific Division is on it. The rest of Canada is on it. 4 other teams. Likely Zona, Colorado, Columbus, random 16th team.
