You could move McMichael to the wing easily imo. He’s speedy and got a good shot if he’d use it more. It would take some defensive responsibility off him and he might flourish at 2LW.

When Norris is healthy he's better than any center on the Caps. If the Caps were offered this deal and their doctors signed off on Norris's medicals, they'd make the deal and figure out who the odd man out is later.

McMike doesn't perform as well on the wing, this has been well documented throughout his time in Washington
