From a Jets fans perspective, I feel like Lysell potential is what Perfetti already is. So while adding the first is nice, I think the Jets would rather keep a guy who has gone through the system and has a bit more potential.

It’s funny, but I actually view this as a deal that either side should do.

Trading Lysell after he finally started playing a team oriented game is kind of nuts for a team that lacks assets. Perfetti isn’t good enough for the Bruins to do this at this stage of his career

Love Ullmark, but nobody is giving him an 8 year deal for ages 32-40

Chychrun is a great player, but he gets hurt too often and I'm not sure adding him for maybe just 1 year is worth it. Lohrei is an easy top 4 defenseman for us over the next few years, so I'm not sure the return is worth it. I'd rather get a pick or work towards us getting more firepower up front.

One correction. Chychrun shows the tools to be a great player and was highly regarded in his draft year / as a prospect. I thought he was like the rest of Ottawa’s team last year, disappointing.

I think Boston had enough money to fill the roster and sign a star without trading Ullmark. I think I’d rather allocate that money to a top 6 forward if we are trading Ullmark.
