Drew and Kopitar said they dont wanna stick around for another rebuild
The kings roster wise are horrible in the way they have came out of the rebuild and their style of play is god awful which is why they never win in the playoffs. By getting rid of everything basically and getting levshunov this gives the kings youth and money to change their franchise and become elite in 3-5 years. Obviously this wont happen because Kings ownership is the worst in the league.
