An actual starting goaltender, offensive minded top4 dman, top 6 forward who needs a fresh start(and Torontos top notch medical team), nylander looking like a top 6 forward/is a top9, a recent 1st round top defensive prospect who plays heavy, and a 1st round pick....a lot of nothing tho

Laine at 8.7M is wild we don't need that and Merzlkins is not worth 5.4M. Stay away from those contracts they don't need them

PS: Domi is going to want a bit of a raise, and you're already over the cap with only 2 scratches not 3

If the leafs medical team fix Laine up like they can and he's putting up a point/game like he can then 8.7 is a lot better then 11M+.
Elvis is absolutely worth his contract but he needs better coached team in front of him then the jackets have had the past 2 years.

Domi gives a lower cap for contract length.

Steeves or ceulemans can be sent down.

If I were the Leafs organization though I wouldn't take that risk with all the pressure surrounding playoff success. It's way too big of a risk with a pricey player

Domi played well, he would want 4M easily even if it is for 1 year

If they are sent down though then you have 0 scratches and are doomed if someone were to get hurt (also the waiver wire would kick your ass)
