Description

Just having some fun, not sure if the UFA's term and money are anywhere near what they are expected to get.
Could this team reach the playoffs? I think so if a) the Ducks have less injuries this season and b) the young guys take a decent step forward or, in the case of Luneau, Gauthier and Colangelo, have a good first season.

The west is still pretty stacked. Not sure this group can jump 6 other teams to get in the playoffs. Three virtual rookies on the blue line?

Hawks pass. McGinn hasn't been a useful player since his days in Carolina. Ducks have plenty of cap space. Just buy him out.

And Stamkos isn't moving his family to LA for that contract.

Can’t understand why you would pay to unload McGinn when the Ducks are projected to have $11m in cap space (based on the team presented above).
