The price for Laine is that which you would expect to pay for a top-line near-PPG scoring winger. The Jackets have no reason or need to accept anything less; if he's not moved, we just give him the time and opportunity to bounce back.

Pretty fair offer for PLD and Kaliyev to be honest. I personally see PLD bounce back with the Kings, if they will play him in a line with 2 decent wingers. I'd prefer him to stay in LA

Kuemper may have value to some team but it's not Chicago. They already have Mrazek locked up for the next two seasons and they're working towards growing their goaltending from within. Suzdalev has regressed but he's still young but his value isn't enough to pay for dumping Kuemper, which Chicago would view as a pure cap dump.
