Better to bolster the Defence with Size, Strength, Experience and Leadership and go Young with the Forward group and find/develop our own Reinhart, if we don’t have them as part of the organization already

I don't see Tanev coming back for a rebuild. We'll most likely get someone past his prime like Martinez or Brodie on a 1-3 year term.

OEL, and Reinhart don't seem like a great fit, based on their play in VAN, and BUF respectively. They're both support players, and we don't have what to support.

I would mostly be looking to take on other team's cap dumps, and players that are stuck behind too much depth(like Sharangovich, Kuzmenko(v), and Miromanov).
