I'd consider it for Ottawa. it's definitely true that in a best case scenario for the Sens, they're able to work out a larger scale deal that involves Weegar coming back (which feels like it could make sense? considering that the Flames are even playing Weegar on the left side). But I also like the combination of "hockey deal" and also futures for the Sens here. a young guy with potential to put straight into their top 9, and a couple picks to help either restock the cupboards, or flip elsewhere

Add what? Andersson might be possible but only if Chychrun comes with an extension. Without an extension the Flames won't be interested in yet another pending UFA.

Calgary wouldn't even do what's proposed here for just 1 year of Chychrun, a year where the Flames won't be contending anyhow.
