No thanks on PLD, and rather keep the 2024 1st rather than trade it for Keller in all honesty

I think Dubois can bounce-back with a team like Montreal. Already have a personal connection with Savard since Columbus.

Between Keller or Iginla, I'm not really sure what I will gonna choose. But don't forget that Keller is a 80pts + offensive player who is underrated defensively.

For as much as Habs fans indicate how much they don't want PLD they sure do propose a lot of trades on here for him. I never see LA proposing trades with him because we understand we just have to wait for him to improve.

How does Blake keep his job if he sells PLD at a loss? He is on thin ice, he signed and had to trade a goaltender at a loss, if he does the same thing for PLD after the first year of a multi year deal he is toast. His chance of staying on as GM hinges on PLD doing something in the playoffs.

If you guys really need to have a weekly thread to crap on a player who isn't even on your team there are plenty of other places.

Don’t forget a guy like Eiserman can be on the board still, and we could use a great goal scorer like him (hopefully his game translates to NHL)

As for PLD, $6.5M is a big cap hit to hope he bounces back. As of right now definitely not a good idea to trade for him, unless we don’t have to give up much.

Take out the 4th going back to Montreal and the Hawks probably consider it.

Such a good idea to get 3 big contracts when your team is not a contender and when you need to sign Slaf, Dach and Guhle in a near future.

Just be patient guys…

Don’t trade asset to dump players with 1 year left. Don’t retain on a player with 4 years left on his contract.

Dubois trade:
LAK and MTL have no interest in this trade

Dumping Dvorak:
Just a waste of asset. He could bring something at next TDL.
