The sens will be fine, they just need to stay patient with this core and fill depth holes. Maybe move on from one of Zub, Batherson or Norris but def not one of those two

I doubt anything will be out there until it happens. We all heard the rumors about Brady, players not a fan of Tim during the season. Of course we all blew it off, but from what I’ve heard, there’s a legit possibility one gets traded. Norris’ situation is a big factor with Stutzle from rumors heard. Long story short, Stutzle was most likely out until Norris injury. Sounds stupid, I know, I agree, but this whole “major shakeup” is real. What bigger shakeup than that.

Yea I figured as much. It’s a tough trade. Sens are gonna want a big return which would mean top young players. It’s safe to say it won’t be happening.

disagree. I am the biggest Stutzle fan there is but Tkachuk is a better player and our captain. When playoffs come someday there will be nobody else who I will want on my team more than Brady.

That's the fun part, outside of Goaltending, OTT and ANA are dealing with the same needs and weaknesses. Dostal not on the Table and Gibson wouldn't waive, making goaltending a moot point of discussion.

Brady has the "follow me factor" you want in leadership and is a covered power forward, but position wise, LW is the most common and lowest value, and Brady's not putting up points like his brother is.

If the Ducks win the lottery and take Celebrini I could potentially see McTavish being available, but in that instance OTT would be the ones adding.

Oh wow, ok so say Ducks get Celebrini, you think they’d possibly move McT? What about Zegras instead and slide McT to wing? I like McT just can’t figure out where his ceiling is just yet. I love the way he plays though, competitive kid, hard worker, not afraid to mix it up…hard nosed player who can score and play some defense.

It's hard to know, McT is definitely Verbeeks type of guy, he's got that follow me factor, he will go heavy when needed, and there would likely be more interest in just moving McTavish to the wing as opposed to trading him for Tkachuk.

The other, much more likely option if we were to investigate a trade, would be to call Detroit and offer McT for Seider.

Has there been any talks about possibly making a trade for Hronek? I read Nucks and him aren’t seeing eye to eye on contract extension talks. Pesce would be a solid filler for now, but getting g Seider would be next level.

Hard to know what the ask would be from Vancouver, we can certainly pay him what he wants, and we're in the perfect valley of not having any cap constraints AND having a good prospect pool to pull from. If Verbeek can land Hronek that would be a great get, but not at the cost of one of the untouchables or this year's ANA first.

Very, very little leaks out from our front office so trade rumours are usually externally sourced, but about the only RHD in the league I would consider moving McT for would be Seider, and maybe Dobson or Jiricek, and only on the grounds of us landing Macklin.
