I think this would be the worst Leafs team since Matthews entered the league. Overpaying Bush, Edmundson and Tatar should not be on this team.
We have money to spend in a smart way. Why would we do any of this?

Tatar is one of the worse playoff performers for his cap hit.

Edmundson might be a Leaf but only for a year and at reduced cap. Robertson was playing well, he was just sent down for a cap reason. Gotta think he stays a Leafs.

How does a 2nd rounder help Sid? Seems like a fair deal to me, Pens need to get younger + Dubas drafted or traded for both guys. Both have shown they can play & produce in nhl but paths are blocked on this Leafs team

Toronto has won cups & we are and always will be the centre of the hockey universe; but thanks for confirming Pens are heading towards a rebuild. End of an era, hope it’s not as bad as some
