Two firsts plus for a 6th defender and a middling scoring winger paid 3x more than hes worth. Incredible value for the leafs

That Habs trade is genuinely terrible. Anderson's contract is an albatross. Savard is fine, but even retained there's no way we're giving up two firsts, two NHL defensemen, and a decent young forward for that.

Montreal would have to pay or retain to get rid of Anderson. Savard retained might be worth a first. The rest of the pieces involved are insane.
