1. Probably doesn't happen until Saros extension window opens July 1st (not only would NSH talk with him, but could allow other teams to as well)
2. So any picks would likely be 2025 picks.
3. Probably includes Holtz...the Brunette bond was strong with him
4. Probably not that big of overall package. Player, prospect, pick.

Mercer, Holtz, 1st and 2nd gets it done. You can also have who you want from Gurianov, Trenin, or Smith to fill some holes.

Fair, solid mock for both sides. Nashville gets an established nhler with high upside, a puck moving d-man for the future, and a 1st rounder to take a swing at a prospect or possibly deal in a trade. Devs get an elite goalie having a down season with Nashville who are looking to turn to the red-hot Askarov. Would kill my heart as a Devs fan tho to see one of Holtz or Mercer go.

I don't think we have as much information about the asking price.
We are guessing the bid, since we assume its close to what was offered for Markstrom.
And that was Holtz.

While historical comps suggest goalies go for a lot less...
Very few goalies of Saros caliber have been dealt.

Until we know more, we are just guessing.
