Chicago has plenty of bottom six options so I highly doubt they'd be interested in Atkinson, even if you added a pick to dump him. Some team may have interest provided they can fit him under their cap.

The Hawks are not paying for Cam Atkinson, as a matter of fact given the reduced level of production, Philadelphia would probably have to add a pick to get Chicago to accept taking on the last year of his contract.
