I'm not sure how keen the Rangers would be to pay a 1st for Rust, the retention certainly helps but he's also on the wrong side of 30 and they'll be on the hook for his contract for another 4 years. It would certainly help if you drop the retention and take Goodrow in return.

Canes gladly pass. Wings are not an issue, and if they are moving Drury, they need a similar or better C coming back.

lol and it's not interesting for Ottawa. I'm not against the idea of Acciari but for 2.0 AAV, he just doesn't produce enough for that price. Sens can use the cap space better
