He had 4 goals and 14 points in 29 games when he was traded last year for a 1st and 4th. He has 6 goals and 21 points in 51 games right now. He's the same player he was last year when he fetched a 1st in a market with loads of rental options. This year the market is bare enough that teams in playoff spots are considering trading their guys. He/Tarasenko are miles above any other deadline acquisition someone could make. He'd fetch a 1st if traded especially at $1.375M cap hit.
