I'm not sold on Laughton as an improvement for the Avs; feel like the Flyers would be selling low on a guy that has regressed from last season or maybe was just playing above his level last season. More interested in Frost, TBH but even that's not terribly exciting.

Exactly this. Frost is the only guy on PHi COL should be interested in.

I am probably a little more interested in Frost (i really like the flexibility of the second year at 2M and the potential upside) but otherwise i totally agree with the take on Laughton.

IF the leafs were to trade the first round pick it wouldn’t be for sean walker. Walker is probably 3rd on our list of available Dmen, and none of those 3 guys are worth a first
