Tough call there. Draft pedigree says Stillman but stats say Clarke might be a better choice. Then again Stillman isn't a pending RFA (Clarke is) and will be under team control longer.

My guess is if they had offers for Peeke they'd take it. Jiricek is stuck in the AHL waiting for a Peeke trade so they'll go quickly. Same with Dustin Wolf for the flames.

That's a yes from me, under the assumption that Columbus looks to move Tarasov too (or waive him). He's been anywhere from bad to atrocious this year. Vladar would be a good backup until Greaves is fully ready, and getting Peeke out the door ASAP is an objectively good thing for the organization.

Still have 1.9m in cap left here and that’s with 23 guys. If we have to carry 22 or even 21, you do it. Cup winning teams rarely are able to carry full roster during the year

What's the point in negotiating the extension at 7x7, when the whole point of acquiring him is to have the leverage of an 8th year over other teams?

Also, I doubt Hanifin gets a smaller return than Lindholm given he is having a better year and is younger.
