I dont think on the market he is more expensive than Lindholm. I think this is a fair trade and works cap wise. Lafferty is so underrated in this trade

That's really expensive. Since Philly could use some D what about Defensman Elias Petterson (great WJC). also truscott is so underrated in this deal

You're asking for an all star caliber forward that has a very team friendly deal for this season and next. Spare parts most likely isn't going to cut it especially since Philly is still in the playoff hunt and just made a long-term committment to Tippet. It's expensive yes, but you should expect it to be. Why would Philly sell him? I understand alot of these proposals will have some comparables, but most of the comps are predicated on scenarios in which the player had to be traded/ asked to be traded.

Konecny trade isn't happening without Lekkerimäki or Willander being involved.

You're forgetting some key pieces of info:
Konecny is younger
He has an additional year on his contract (Lindholm wants a huge raise)
Lindholm got his career high's on a very good Calgary team, Konecny has never played on a high end team.

lafferty is a 3rd / 4th liner. He's played up in the Canucks line up due to injuries, with highly talented players. He is what he is. If he's the key player piece, then there's no way this works for Philly
