If Kakko is a top 6 talent, why hasn't he shown it? His best season was 40 points in 82 games, and it was his only remotely healthy season.

If Kakko is only used for an upgrade, then the Rags are adding heavily to Kakko to get a top 6 RW that is producing like a top 6.

Yeah, the Rags are in a catch 22. Rags are out of time for him to start producing, but because he's not producing, and has had significant health problems, his stock is low. Do you trade him now and get the best you can, risking that he blossoms elsewhere into the star he should be, or do you hold onto him hoping something changes, and risk his value going to zero if it doesn't?
