No, the Blues tried to trade Krug last offseason unsuccessfully due to a NTC.

Is there any solid evidence that Parayko has been involved in firm trade talks? The only thing that was ever thrown out there was Armstrong was trying to move a defenseman. Aside from the actual full covered trade that fell through of Krug to Philly.

According to the 4th period, he was shopped last year with conversations happening with the Flames, Jets, and Leafs. Here’s a quote from that article too:

Well for insiders there’s Friedman and Serravelli at the top of the list. From what I know when it comes to insiders from the US, 4th period is the most credible around since that’s Pagnotta’s outfit.
