They aren't even asking for that for Lindholm who has more value then Tanev. If they are asking for Tanev they can keep him. Tanev isn't worth more then we got for Horvat. I don't think anyone will offer a Guy on pace for 20+ goals while mostly playing bottom six minutes at 23 years old, plus a 1st and a prospect for a 34 year old Defenceman.

Vancouver would probably pair Tanev with Hughes during the play offs because having a Hughes-Hronek pairing is surefire way to get them run by the other teams Forwards. Is Tanev a top pairing D? No but he is a good top 4 D. I miss when Vancouver was considering dealing him and all the other fan bases told us he was only worth a 3rd/4th round pick. 😂
