I think Lucius/Henrique deal could be good for both sides. If Ducks need a sniper, it would be good spot for him to develop and they could be patient while he gets healthy and back on track. Throw in a pick for risk, whatever for cap.

That Nino - Lowry - Appleton line is on fire right now and is playing like the prototypical perfect third line. The jets can easily pick up henrique or monahan for MTLs second for the playoff push. No need to add a prospect and Appleton is back to form so i'd keep him.

Chisholm needs an opportunity. He's not illegible to go down to the minors without waivers, so he's be stuck in the press box, because the Jets don't want to lose him for nothing, so I decided to send him off to a young team where he can play, and for the Jets to get a RSD in return who they can have develop in the minors for a few years when he signs.
