Reinhart is going to be the most overpaid UFA this summer. He’s a PP merchant and about a 65-70 point player while usually being around 30 goals. He’s having a career year in a contract year.. that’s called an anomaly. Smarter to not commit big money to him long term until he proves he’s this type of player more consistently.

O'reilly had 19 points in 40 games with St. Louis before coming to Toronto and having 11 points in 13 game sin the Reg. season. 32 points in 51 games. Tavares has had an incredibly unliucky stretch. He's last in goals scored above expected (-13.9) meaning he should have 14 more goals right now. If he maybe has 10 of those go in, he's right around 40 goals and just under point per game pace. I also don't see JT taking a discount, so 7 is what he should get. And it's only a 2 year deal.
