We don't need those guys. Vesey already dissed us once, forget him. Don't need Buchnevich

None of these guys fill needed roles. We have rookies that have the potential to be better than them if they get playing time.

The trade is very angled in our favor. I think if you took out Vesey, it would be closer in value, although I can't see the Rangers giving up on Buchnevich. We have a ton of forwards, so maybe a mock of trading Spooner + ? for a LHD who can play atleast 16 minutes, but hopefully more like 18/20.

I like your Pastrnak deal and think it's going to be something crazy like that. Theres almost no chance it ends on as even a number as like 7M or 6.5M, it's always something bumped up or down a notch.

For your defensive pairs, the one thing I don't like is McQuaid and Miller together. I'd rather keep Krug McQuaid together and put Carlo Miller as the 3rd pair. Our defense would be more balanced and everyone would roll out between 17-23 minutes. No need for a Horse gathering in 25+ mins until the playoffs come. Keep everyone rested and comfortable until injuries hit or the playoffs start.

Good idea to acquire younger talent for a player who's likely to be moved, but wrong team to get it from and you asked for too much. Solid grade 4star

So explain McDavid's 8 year $100M contract, that ended on an even number. Are you related to the RangersIsles fan guy?

Not related to him, but they barely ever end that way, and I was more referring to Don Sweeney's deals that he's made, not making a blanket statement for every team every time LOL that's funny you would take it that way, really unintelligible way to think.

You took what I said completely literally and not how I meant it. Wouldn't you consider his 6.725.000 to be an even ending number as well? Maybe If that was true then I didn't mean it the way you just interpreted it? I meant it's not going to end on like 7Million even if Sweeney is the person negotiating lol. Please show me the extension he's done that is simply a whole number.

No, see your brain isn't working. I said an even number as like 6.5 or 7. as in whole 500k increments. Theres always some extra money up or down, but I figured you'd be smart enough to interpret what I said correctly even though I didn't explain it very well. The very contract he signed would have been an even number under your assessment, so why would I have even said it? LOLlaugh

6,725,000 is an even number, so yes, thats the definition of an even number. My post is under the usage of my definition of an even number, not yours, since you didn't specify "even number"

I'm all set on Vesey. He had his chance to wear the black and gold, but instead he lets Jimmy "softie" Hayes get in his head. Where is Jimmy Hayes now? Looking for a ******* job that's where. Vesey would have been fine in Boston and the reason Hayes didn't work out is because he can barley skate, hits like he's made of glass, doesn't play defense and couldn't handle the pressure. Who knows, maybe Hayes gets a call from the Rangers as a favor to Kevin and give him a PTO and when they see how terrible he is close up the can let him go too.

I meant even number like full 500K increments, I don't think it was that hard to know what I meant. I give 2 examples and said "like" these. I think it's rather easy to assess exactly what I meant by using the data I provided, but you decided to spin it in the way you saw fit, which wouldn't have fit the criteria given the very number he put out was an even number by how you were calculating it. I think it should have been easy to know that wasn't what I meant and should have looked into it deeper.

This isn't very clear at all, since you only used two examples and didn't provide increments. You could mean 6.75M or 6.25M but you didn't specify that. the whole "bumped up or down a notch" implies that it could be a 250K increment, but again, no specificity.

Its hard to interpret text when you have almost no context to said text. All you did was say it wouldn't be a crazy number like 4,633,333 or something like that.

Maybe if you had simply asked for clarification or if you had just said that the number he put out wasn't an even number, I could have explained what I meant, but you chose not to take that kind of high road.

No, I actually meant that it would be some crazy number. It doesn't have to be one, but I'm just highly doubtful it will be a perfect round 7Million or anything akin to that.
