I would be more than happy with that for Lindholm. I could easily see us getting a 1st + 2nd/3rd + B prospect. Getting a stud like Ritchie + 1st is a very good return IMO.

Sure, but that argument can be applied to most prospects a year removed from their draft. I guess if we use the same logic, Honzek wouldn't have any value either in a trade. On the same note, we could've traded Zary this summer for a bag of pucks.

In the last 10GP Ritchie has 20P, and is a +19 with Oshawa in the OHL.

Thats correct. Which is why teams who are looking to win. Dont trade for picks. They trade for proven assets.
