Trade. But it doesn’t make sense to trade him because:

1) the way Norris is playing
2) coming back from a suspension
3) haven’t yet broken out
4) a lateral move would make no sense
5) trading him for a pick would make no sense
6) trading him in a package for an older player would make no sense for team direction

Yes we can . If you sign the right vets to keep you competitive. Look at what Detroit is doing this year. We’d have a better core if we did the same thing. We’d be even more competitive than Detroit

Ottawa does have vets though, the big difference though is probably the Dcore. Detroit as one guy under 25, in Seider while Ottawa has 3. Although guys like Chabot and Chychrun are young but they are well-established players who are expected to be difference-makers, if they aren't doing enough then that's a problem, and it's probably because there are just too many offensive guys. Replacing Docker and Brannstrom with vets with a lot of experience under their belts might make a difference.

The forward group is much younger than Detroit's as well but I don't think that's the issue, maybe they could use some more vets in their bottom 6 though.

I agree but you know this annoying team will all of a sudden win a bunch of games and miss the playoffs by 4points demolishing their draft spot again
