2020 Redraft

Nikishin more than 20 spots too low. Maybe 25.

Not bad we got Laf, Schneider and Cuylle in this draft and all 3 are regulars in the lineup.

Ya man I was struggling with that. He's still not in the NHL yet, but could very well be the best player in the draft. Hard to place him considering he hasn't played a game in North America yet.

Laf seems to be a bust, but he was the consensus #1 pick by everyone, so can't really fault you guys for him. Great drafting overall tho.

Maybe a bust for 1st overall, but this years he’s proven to be a solid 2nd line winger and has been much better than the past. At the end of the day he’s definitely an NHL player for us so overall I’m happy with how this draft turned out for us.

Not to take away anything from Faber but he was drafted the same year as Raymond, Mercer and Jarvis and all but have a higher ppg and have been able to maintain it over 2 and a half seasons. Lafreniere ppg is only 1/100 of a point lower than Faber but he has been able to maintain it just like the others. I think moving Faber up to the 2 spot is a bit premature and Lafreniere isn't the player he was hypoed up to be, but he is far from a bust.
