Pavel Zacha is not an effective center

1) why would BOS do the trade?
2) what do they do next season when they have to re-sign Swayman, get a back up goalie, sign 3 dmen, and at least 2 forwards? Are you just praying Landeskog doesn’t play again?
3) what is your insistence on undervaluing Avs dmen and is Swayman really that big of upgrade or is Georgiev just struggling but still struggling while leading the league in wins? You want to upgrade Georgiev ok but it has to be somebody that’s a clear upgrade because you know how Georgiev handles the Avs system.

I really hope landeskog plays but who's to say he will be the same and he will play limited minutes to get acclimated again. I would still take landy in the playoffs over olofsson or kirivanta. They say Lekhonen coming.back in 2 weeks. That will be a big boost to 2nd line.

He wasn’t in Jersey. Hes been solid in Boston, but he’s probably better on the wing. Doesn’t matter. Boston isn’t doing this deal.

I’m much happier with Haula than Zacha

Zacha is definitely more well rounded than Haula but Haula seems to be a much better fit in NJ I think its a rare hockey trade that both teams won

I just got back from the game and they need to replace Provetsov pronto, I’m convinced some of Georgie’s struggles are how much he is playing and they need some more grit for sure.

They should call up Annunen and let him play some games, he can't be worse then prosvetov. I'm a do another roster.

I was at the game close to COL goal and beside being bad it almost looks like Prosvetov expects to give up goals. His body language sucks and to be honest Georgiev wasn’t a whole lot bettet

Idk but avs better figure out there goaltending and depth situation before it goes downhill. I mean kovalenko ain't coming till late March early April and who knows how he will adapt. Lekhonen is coming back but no competent 2nd line center unless they move rantenen there. Then you got landy possibly coming back for playoffs but hasn't played for 2 years and who knows how he will be.

That's why I always put trade johansen and girard. They already got malinski and caleb jones has shown he can hold the fort. Plus the team will need cap space for next year depending on if landeskog comes back

Girard is a legit top 4 dmen, Jones is a 6th or 7th guy I think his performance has declined since the beginning of the season. Malinski looks legit but with Byram out Bednar is obviously going vet over rookie. Depth is fine outside of either the 2c or 3C spot wherever you put Colton, personally I’d put his at 2c and when Lehkonen comes back you have a 2nd line of Colton Nichushkin Lehkonen/Drouin. Wood and LOC as the 3rd line wingers, and 4th line you can play whomever because Bednar is only playing them between 6-8 minutes. Goalie is a problem though.
