The retention makes this an easy no, plus having Granlund next year is a good thing, sharks 23 pick Smith and 24 pick (TBD) likely still need another year anyways and he affords us this time.

Vancouver fans will hate this but Granlund his playing like 1b Center right now and trust me when I say he is not the product of his teammates (although Zetterlund is player really well too).

With retention, he'll be pretty damn expensive given he has another year. Sharks would likely want an additional pick. But I just feel like Vancouver isn't the right team for Granlund. Doesn't make that much sense
