If we just paid a 4th to get him, he's not demanding a trade (Like Zadorov did) and we have a need for him, then no, a 4th doesn't get him full freight, let alone with retention.

Zadorov went cheap because it was a fire sale, Anaheim is under no such pressure, so that's a poor comparable.
