I don't know where Fabbro's value is at these days, but this seems like something Nashville should accept. They're not competing anytime soon so it doesn't hurt as much to have Campbell on the books. Two solid prospects and two 1sts could go a long way to help the rebuild. And they can always flip Ceci down the line.
