I have read a few articles on this. All good teams have a couple of younger guys making a difference. No good team has 5 30+ year olds and is good.

The Tanev trade works for me. I don't even think that you need to add the 2 5th. CGY would probably retain. I'd rather see something like Liljegren + 3rd instead, but that's me.
