That substantially less than the Horvat trade. Boston is a team that won the presidents trophy last year and is off to a good start. Not to mention the pick is deferred to next season. Then add in Merkulov isn’t the caliber of Raty.

I think Boston is a good fit, but I don’t know how they add anything of value to make something happen. Maybe Lohrei, or Lysell but still the difference in the picks is probably pretty drastic.
