How is Hanzel's camp going? As a Thunderbird fan it's been a lot of fun watching him grow over his junior years.

I would hold your horses on Kovalenko. He's gonna be good but it's the KHL he's tearing up, he's likely a play driver on like the 3rd line next year.

I've loved Ivan Ivan's camp but I doubt he's ready for the NHL next year. He's played great but it's early preseason.

I'd like to see Ritchie get involved next year. Hope his season in juniors this year takes off.

Yeah they did send him back, but he had a great preseason. He was getting good minutes & looking poised. Director of Scouting was interviewed last week & it sounded like they were already set on returning Hanzel. I think all their AHL D spots were taken so no room without cutting someone else & the Avs dont do that. Too bad!
