I say let Annunen ride the bench to start the season. He gets a few games of experience before being the number 1 up in Loveland. If he tanks, Holm is fine too. I just don't see the difference between those two and the available options right now.

I would agree cause rn ur also looking at Annunnen to possibly be ur backup next year. Better get XP

His numbers aren't great but the eye test has looked good the times I've seen him play. And yeah, he's probably gonna have to be the guy next year.

I could see them signing Halak but I would run JA. He's got a good team in front of him, see what he can do. He doesn't need to be great just decent.

"with NHL experience" is a crappy argument to sig somebody over testing a prospect. The available goalies with NHL experience are goalies that have been tried by others that lack quality or are old af. Roll the dice on Annunen to start with, if it doesn't work out then try the options available. The team can easily cope with temporarely bad/mediocre goaltending
