Knies could breakout and score 50 pts. That is a possibility, even if it’s unlikely.
Robertson is the most likely to breakout, if he stays healthy. Even then, he won’t be that good. Third line forward
Domi broke out 1 year and I doubt he will ever breakout again

I have high expectations for them :
Debrincat 55 goals 90 pts
Sergachev top 5 D in the league
Chychrun top 10 D in the league

I doubt Suter will be given a chance to be a 2C as Miller is locked into that spot and we already have too many wingers so it’s unlikely we put him on the wing. But I’d definitely love to see Suter breakout

Unless Miller or Pettersson are out long term, Suter won’t be getting top 6 minutes. He is a secondary scorer who can handle defensive duties. That’s his role. Podkolzin is easily the best candidate to breakout under Tocchet

He can be like a 2c w/o playing 2c. And as you may have seem, I really don’t like Podkolzin’s potential. He is at max a Josh Anderson. And I doubt he will ever be that. I think Hoglander has more chance to breakout than Podkolzin

I think the coaching staff/management like Podkolzin more than Hoglander, and because of that I think Podkolzin has a better chance to breakout. His development since he’s been drafted has not been good though, from his KHL team barely playing him to playing mostly 4th line minutes in the NHL. I still have high hopes for him (but am a bit biased), and when he got a chance in the top 6 late in his rookie season he played really well. This is probably a make or break year for both him and Hoglander though
