I do think the skill is valuable, especially in the post season. Again I would not pay a 1st for him, but I would not say he is a negative value player.

Avs probably have to accept this despite some cap issues it would cause. Pretty generous offer that solves our current lineup questions.

Cursory glance at Hockey Reference says he did it for a good amount of games up until last season. But frankly, I already see our PK corps as Colton/OC and Nichuskin/Cogliano.

Until Colton shows what he can do, I don't have too much expectation for him aside from he will adapt in time. We need another faceoff capable pker if Meyers cant hang and that's where Lafferty could work well.

Well yeah of course he does, the play went up ice two shifts ago but he's still trying to get out of the crease.

I think we have more PK able forwards than spots for. It's just a faceoff issue for me. Lehk the Snek is great on the PK, I think one of hin or Nuch will get more PP time and less PK time this season, same with Makar.
