Sweet Baby Jesus.
First, I wouldn't show my face in Columbus if I made this trade as a GM.
Second, Rick Nash carries negative trade value with that cap hit. You're asking CBJ to give up: 2 great prospects, another pretty good one, and a late 1st for a washed Rick Nash. Maybe if it was the 2018 1st, they might do it, but c'mon, thats way way way too much to give up.
The ARI trade is, um a bid odd. you are trading a former bust who happened to have a bounce back year for an elite top-6 forward potential player. Again, if you are the CBJ GM, start reading the Classified Section of the newspaper.
The BOS trade is a pure joke. This has no logical reason for BOS to accept this. They trade for an overpaid, sub-par defensemen who sucks at defense, who also carries negative trade value.
This is like if the Flyers wanted to rebuild, we would trade you Andrew MacDonald for Brady Skjei, which I know for a fact, there is no reason whatsoever for the Rangers to accept that trade.
