NMC aside, any interest in Trocheck? I like him and his play style, but I feel like Chytil will make him expendable this year (a luxury we can no longer afford with the cap).

I like trocheck a lot, I really wanted Boston to pursue him when he was a UFA. His term is a little scary but he fits the bruins style very well and for the majority of his contract he will be worth it, good 2C.

But what would be his price to acquire in your opinion

you probably for sure have lysell and merkulov in the lineup for that season which should save you a few pennies. i don't see the value in getting Danault to play 1 C. might as well move coyle and try and sign Shiefle at that point.

True. I saw this trade proposal in an ACGM for this year and just expanded on it for next year if the cap doesn't significantly rise.

Honestly I’m not sure. If we moved him I wouldn’t mind the picks so we could make sure to keep the cupboard full to complement the roster in the future. It’s tough cause so much of what we can or can’t do is tied up with the cap limiting us.
