Yeah its not that bad when completely healthy.

If Eklund makes the team SJ's forward group isn't that bad either, they're defense is worse then Philly's though and the Flyers have much better goaltending.

I think the Sharks will probably be the worst team in the league this season.

I'd argue a healthy Couturier vs Hertl is a wash
Couture is definitely better than Frost
Outside of that I'd give the advantage to Philly everywhere IMO

Couturier when last seen healthy is a legit Selke contending 1C
Frost had a promising looking year
Tippett, Konecny, Atkinson, Laughton are all good wingers
There is hope that if Couturier is healthy you could see improvement from Farabee, Foerster looks promising
That 4th line could bang with just about anybody
I'd call that good

The fault is it’s already known Coots and Atkinson won’t be 100%, the defense is awful, and it’s almost expected that Hart will be suspended or traded which means Ersson and Petersen is the 1-2 goalie core. They will probably lose most games 4-3 or 5-2 like they did last year

Not bad and good are different. It's avg at best.

The point of the post was they were good. I'm saying good is a stretch. If everything goes right I'm saying they are still avg.

Nah if everything goes absolutely right they have a good core. The problem is everything will not go even close to right so they will be average lol. If everything goes right Coots is a selke winner, Atkinson 40 goal scorer, TK PPG player, Farabee and Tippett both make huge strides, Cates gets even more Selke votes than he did as a rookie, Frost and Foerster show up big time, and the 4th line is total shutdown mode. Again 50% of that probably won’t happen but if all of that or even most of that happens it’s definitely a good forward group. The problem with the flyers is the defense is horrible aside from York lol
