I would say bubble, one true gun away, a lot depends on what tarasenko is? Potential is there anywhere from 3rd to deadlast in division. I would say Toronto is probably the only guaranteed playoff team in that division, could see tb/Fla/Boston all fall off for detroit/ottawa/Buffalo, those 6 teams in the mix for 3/4 spots.

I would say it depends mostly on goaltending.

That and how big of a step Jake Sanderson takes, I also don't see the bottom six doing anything more than treading water

I will admit that I am not a fan of Parker Kelly and Mark Kastelic being lineup regulars, but to say this team is poorly built is quite the shot in the dark by you. If Jake Sanderson takes another step, I can see them being at least average maybe slightly above average defensively, but if he doesn't, then I think Ottawa will remain somewhat permissive defensively on a nightly basis
